IT IS TIME TO LET LIANGELO "BALL"

In 2015 the Ball brothers (Lonzo - LiAngelo - LaMelo) became nationally famous when their high scoring Chino Hills team won the mythical high school national championship. Lonzo, the oldest brother, was the tallest, most skilled, and the point guard/leader. LaMelo was the youngest and an anomaly because he was so small and already a prodigy. LiAngelo was the middle son, the quiestest, easily the best shooter, and the team's high scorer

When time came for college Lonzo went to UCLA, and then left after one season. Miraculously, LaMelo grew to 6'7", and played "professional" basketball until he was eventually drafted as a lottery pick in 2020. LaMelo was also selected as the NBA Rookie if the Year, and as an All-star.

On the other hand, Li Angelo followed his older brother to UCLA and became a Bruin. In a trip to China he and a teammate were caught shiplifting, and they were arrested. Fortunately, they were allowed to return home as opposed to what is happening in the Brittney Griner saga. Since then LiAngelo Ball has been treated like he has uncurable Covid by the NBA.

                     How To Get Buckets

Of all of the Ball brothers LiAngelo is most equipped to succeed in today"s NBA. He is a muscular 6'5" 215lb shooting guard with a serious jumpshot. In high school LiAngelo scored over 60 points in a game on multiple occassions. In addition, LiAngelo has even scored over 50 points on multiple occassion in NBA G-league action (58 points TWICE).

Furthermore, LiAngelo Ball's time on the outside has forced him to improve other areas of his game. He can still shoot it on an elite kevel, but now he ihas learned to pass the ball wffectively like his brothers. In a league where excellent outside shooting decides success, and willing passets are spatse all LiAngelo Ball needs is an opportunity.

Granted, no one wants to deal with "bad" human beings, but it would be illogical to reject players that make personal mistakes as teenagers. That would make virtually EVERY athlete ineligible to play. The NBA owners need to get off of their high horses and let the young man "live". Enough is enough.
